Site Plan & Facilities

The tower blocks are in the north-south orientation and are sited distance away between blocks for better privacy and to prevent having wall-like effect. Tower blocks along the AYE have apartment windows not facing directly to AYE. 1st storey units are also elevated from the deck- further allowing more landscape greeneries at ground level, more airflow and sunlight through the site.
